I really love Rebecca’s friends.
They got together to celebrate her best friend’s birthday and look at how lovely they arrived!
They are all dressed modestly and beautifully.
It was a birthday celebration at the mall.
The girls were out and about with a photo scavenger hunt.
Here are some of the shots…
…and so silly still!
Love these girls!!
They all love Jesus and it shines from their hearts!
They all went to share dinner after and were gathered at the table in prayer before the meal.
What a witness to others that was!!
Young girls, sharing time together celebrating a birthday and making sure that God was acknowledged and thanked as part of their special time.
Blessings to the birthday girl, Rebecca’s best est friend!
Hoorah Bravo Company!!
They looked so amazing!!
My son and his company just graduated at
Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendelton
from United States Sea Cadet Corps boot camp!!
I am so proud of him!!!
I have never hugged my son so hard or long before!!
2 whole weeks I have not been able to be in contact with him.
That was so hard!!!
That made today even more sweet!!
He is E2 Seaman’s Apprentice officially!!
He is so proud of himself as well he should be.
He has just accomplished something that not many young men have done.
We all missed him so much!!
The girls made a cute welcome home for him.
Becca made him a little concession stand and had a movie night all planned for him to just sit back with us and relax.
She had bags of popcorn, drinks, chips, candy all lined up.
First we had him change into his new NAVY shirt then had to hit him with tradition…
Welcome home Cadet!!
We stayed with him, hugging him all day long!!
We really missed you son
So proud of you and all you have achieved.
You are quite the young MAN.
This is a movie I have been giving away on the sidewalk.
Thought I should share it here too.
I saw Rebecca at the table the other day really focused on her nail polishing.
She showed me her nails.
I would never have thought of doing this!!
Sorry, this is not a great picture.
She painted a giraffe on her nails!
What a cute idea right?
Here let me turn the picture so you can see it better…
She is so darn crafty!!
Have you ever done your nails like that?
I know this is a bit late but we have been really busy!!
We started with out traditional
“while you are sleeping”
decoration of the house.
Red, white and blue were the perfect colors to celebrate with!!
Then the presents
magically appear :)
She loved all her presents from her brother and sisters.
We took her bowling,
then to see Monsters University,
(that picture was nothing but black)
then home to bbq and watch fireworks!!
She said it was her best birthday ever!
I love my little 6 year old!!
Happy 6th birthday Belle!!!
Today we want to let you know that no matter how much you grow up, you will always be our bundle of joy, rolling around on the floor giggling, hoolahooping, making fantastic crafties and drawings for us, and ALWAYS asking for Popsicles!! You are such a wonderful daughter Belle!! You make us so proud!! Most importantly you make God proud. You have a spectacularly giving heart!
I know you made Him smile when you said that
“Birthdays aren’t about the presents, its about Jesus being shown in our hearts one more year.”
That brought tears of joy to my heart and my eyes!
Enjoy your special day Princess of the Most High God!!
You are beautiful!!
Enjoy the fireworks!
